
We tuck a small folded bag called a furoshiki inside every Jotobag. Furoshiki's have traditionally been used in Japan to wrap gifts. You can use it to carry jewelry, cosmetics or other small items. All Jotobags are made from contemporary kimono fabric which is a durable polyester blend that can easily be handwashed with a mild soap.
For hard to clean stains I recommend using a drop of greasy mechanic soap such as D & H cleaner. Air dry.
On the sign in page you can either sign in to an existing account or create a new Jotobags.com account. STEP 3: PAYMENT INFO Enter your payment method and credit card information. At this time Jotobags.com only accepts credit card payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. After you have entered your credit card information click on the button that says "Continue Checkout". Note: You will have a chance to review your order information on the next page before placing your order. STEP 4: REVIEW & PLACE ORDER This is the final step to completing your order! Take a minute on this page to review all of the order information including billing and shipping address, payment information, and order summary. If everything is correct, click on the button that says "Place Order" and you will have completed your order with Jotobags.com! If you place an order for one item and that item is on backorder, your order will be canceled and you will be notified of the cancelation by email. Your credit card will immediately be credited the total amount of your order. If you place an order for multiple items and they are all on backorder, your order will be canceled and you will be notified of the cancelation by email. Your credit card will immediately be credited the total amount of your order.
If you place an order that contains multiple items, any product that is on backorder will be canceled from the
order, and the remaining products that are in stock will ship according to the selected shipping method. You
will be notified by email of the product(s) that have been canceled from your order. Your credit card will
immediately be credited the purchase price of each product canceled plus the $1.00 per item shipping charge.
The base rate for the selected shipping method will be applied to the in stock items that are shipped in your
order.
Return Guidelines
How Do I Make A Return If you would like to make a return, please email info@jotobags.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to mail your return within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the time we receive your items and in the same payment method used for the original purchase. Undeliverable Packages Packages that are returned to Jotobags.com will be issued a full refund including shipping charges but will not be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, please place a new order on Jotobags.com. Orders may be returned to us as undeliverable for the following reasons:
